    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTELLE HEALTH INC AND DANA ESTELLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estelle Health Inc and its contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your misuse of the Services your breach of these Terms your violation of another person’s rights
